We are more than happy to accommodate your reservation request. Please remember that Mortenson Kennels is holding your reservation request pending your pet’s arrival. When Mortenson Kennels reaches its total occupancy capacity, we have to refuse reservation requests and turn away business. If you do not cancel your reservation request in a timely manner (at least 3 days prior to the date you reserved for check in) we are unable, in most instances, to re-book the space we held for you. This forces us to lose revenue, and we must then charge you for your reserved space. If you return early you will be charged for the total time that you reserved.

Booking your pet for the following holidays; Labor day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, and the 4th of July requires a $40 deposit by check to hold your reservation. This amount will be applied to your final bill.

The Following vacinations must be given to your pet 5 days prior to the check in time you requested.

Rabies
Bordatella (Canine/Kennel Cough)
Distemper/Parvo

A copy of your pets vaccinations will be required when you check in with your pet. This copy will be kept on file at the Mortenson Kennel Facility.

Mortenson Kennels strives to make sure every option available for drop off and pick up for our customers pets. Our operating hours vary each day and are scheduled by appointment only. We encourage you to bring your dogs bed and any toys you feel will make their stay more comfortable as long as they are clean. Dogs do not always act the same at our kennel as they do at home so Mortenson Kennels is not responsible or liable for any lost or destroyed items brought from home to the kennel facility. 

Dog food is at the discretion of the owner; Mortenson Kennels feeds Purina One Lamb and Rice, if you feel this is not adequate for your dog we ask you to bring your pets’ dog food with you for their stay.
